Description
ACOT13 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 160 amino acids (1-140 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 17.1kDa. The ACOT13 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation
The ACOT13 solution (1 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.
Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
ACOT13 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
