Description
ANXA11 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 525 amino acids (1-505 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 56.6kDa. The ANXA11 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation
The ANXA11 solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20% glycerol, 2mM DTT and 100mM NaCl.
Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
ANXA11 should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
