Description
DERA produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 338 amino acids (1-318 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.3kDa.
DERA is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation
The DERA solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 20% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl and 1mM DTT.
Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Source
Escherichia Coli.
Stability
DERA should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
