Description
Histidyl-tRNA Synthetase Human Recombinant produced in baculovirus is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 58.3 kDa.
The Histidyl-tRNA Synthetase is fused to 6x His Tag and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation
The protein solution contains 20mM HEPES, 250mM sodium chloride 0.1% and 20% Glycerol, (pH 7.5).
Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Protein quantitation was carried out by using 0.25 - 2.0 mg/ml Bradford assay vs. BSA.
Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
