Description
HtrA2 Human Recombinant amino acids 134-458 His-Tag fusion protein produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 32 kDa.
The HtrA2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation
The protein (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 50mM NaCl, 1mM DTT, and 20% Glycerol.
Sterile filtered colorless solution.
Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
Store at 4¡ãC if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20¡ãC for longer periods of time.
