Description
Recombinant KIR2DS4 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing amino acids 1-202 and having a molecular mass of 22.2 kDa.
The KIR2DS4 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

The protein (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl (pH-7.5).

Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
