Purpose
This kit is used for the
quantitative determination the concentrations of Mouse Glycated Hemoglobin A1c
(GHbA1c) in mouse
serum,
plasma,
cell culture supernatants,
and other biological fluids.
Principle of the assay
The kit assays
GHbA1c
in the mouse samples by the method of colorimetric ELISA. After loading of
samples, the
GHbA1c in the
standards or samples interact with OPD-substrate solution. Then the enzyme
conjugate has been added into wells. After incubation, the reaction is
terminated by addition of Stop solution. Determining the absorbance (OD Value)
at wave length 490 nm by the microwell reader, and the concentration of
GHbA1c
can be calculated according to standard curve.
Kit Performance
1.
Sensitivity: less than 1.5 %.

Specificity: simultaneous detection of recombinant or natural
GHbA1c
without cross-reaction with
other cytokines.
3.
Repeatability: both
inter-assay and intra-assay were less than 10 %.
4.
If necessary, convert percentage of GHbA1c to mmol/mol or find the estimated
average glucose by using the table below:
