Description
Recombinant Human Myostatin Propeptide is a 27.8 kDa protein containing 244 amino acid residues of the human Myostatin Propeptide.
Formulation
Lyophilized from 10mM Acetic Acid.
Sterile Filtered white lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by:
(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.
Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Myostatin Propeptide in sterile 50mM Acetic Acid at 0.1 mg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
