Description
PPP3R2 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 a.a. His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain (a.a. 1-173) containing 193 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 22kDa.
The PPP3R2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation
The PPP3R2 solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer(pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
PPP3R2 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
