The DNA markers are very exact to the last base pair and ready to load on the Agarose gel. 1 kb and 3 kb bands are ~3 fold in excess for reference point. Loading volume: 20 ul/lane. Store at 4-8 0C. Each band with the exception of 1 and 3 kb are ~ 40-50 mg/band. Manufactured by Boston Bioproducts, Inc.
