Description
Adenosine Kinase Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 362 amino acids (22-362a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 40.5 kDa. Adenosine Kinase protein is fused to a 21 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography.

Formulation
ADK Human solution containing 20mM Trsi HCL pH-8, 1mM DTT, 1mM EDTA, 50mM NaCl & 20% glycerol.
