The Acrp30 Human protein contains 244 amino acid having a molecular mass of 26.42kDa. Native adiponectin is isolated from human pooled sera and contains all HMW, MMW and LMW fractions.

Acrp30 Human was filtered (0.05?m) and lyophilized from 0.5 mg/ml supplied in 20mM TRIS, 50mM NaCl and 1mM CaCl2, pH 7.5
