Description
ARF1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 201 amino acids (1-181 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22.8 kDa. The ARF1 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation
The ARF1 protein solution (1mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl & 20% glycerol.
