Description
ARF6 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 195 amino acids (1-175a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22.2kDa.
ARF6 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The ARF6 protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 2mM DTT, 0.2mM PMSF and 20% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
