Description
ARL1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 201 amino acids (1-181 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22.5 kDa. The ARL1 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
0.25mg/ml solution containing 20mM Tris pH-8, 1mM DTT & 10% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
