Description

ALDOC Human Recombinant fused to 20 amino acid His Tag at N-terminal produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 384 amino acids (1-364 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 41.6 kDa.
The ALDOC is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation

The ALDOC solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol, 2mM DTT and 0.1M NaCl.

Sterile Filtered clear colorless solution.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
