Description
SERPINA1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 395 amino acids (25-418) and having a molecular mass of 44.4 kDa.
The SERPINA1 protein is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-7.5, 1mM DTT, 10% glycerol, and 2mM EDTA.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

SERPINA1 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
