Description
ACY1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 428 amino acids (1-408 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 21.7 kDa. The ACY1 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques

Formulation
The ACY1 protein solution (0.5mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris pH-8, 1mM DTT & 10% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
