Description
Amyloid P Component Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain having a molecular weight of 23.5 kDa.
APCS contains T7 tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
APCS containing 10mM Tris, pH 8.0, 0.01% Triton X-100 and 0.002% NaN3 and 10mM DTT.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Escherichia Coli.

Stability
APCS although stable at 4¡ãC for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
