Description

ANXA13 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 336 amino acids (1-316 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 37.5kDa.
The ANXA13 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation

The ANXA13 solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 30% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl and 1mM EDTA.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability

ANXA13 should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
