Description
ANXA5 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 320 amino acids (1-320 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 35.9 kDa.
ANXA5 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The ANXA5 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
