Description
ANXA-7 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids (1-466) and having a total molecular mass of 53.6 kda.
ANXA7 contains T7 tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
Annexin-VII at a concentration of 0.1mg containing 10mM Tris, pH 8.0, 0.1% Triton X-100, 0.002% NaN3 and 10mM DTT.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
Annexin-7 although stable at 4¡ãC for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
