Description
APTX Human Recombinant fused to 37 amino acid His Tag at N-terminal produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 205 amino acids (1-168 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.9 kDa.
The APTX is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation
The APTX solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-7.5, 0.1M NaCl, 0.1mM PMSF and 20% glycerol.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
