Description
ASS1 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 432 amino acids (1-412 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 48.6 kDa. The ASS1 is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
ASS1 Human 0.5mg/ml solution containing 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8, 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTT & 20% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
