Description
ASF1A produced in E.Coli is a single,non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 204 amino acids (1-240 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 27 kDa.
ASF1A is fused to 37 amino acid His Tag and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The ASF1A protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 1mM DTT and 10% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
