Description
Bax Mouse Recombinant amino acid 1-171 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain.
The Mouse Bax is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The 1mg/ml protein contains 10mM Tris-HCL pH-8, 1mM EDTA and 150mM NaCl, 10% glycerol, 0.1% tween & 10mM glutathione.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
