Biological Activity
The Mouse b-NGF activity was measured in a cell proliferation assay using a factor-dependent human erythroleukemic cell line, TF-1, the ED50 for this effect is 0.2 ng/ml corresponding to a Specific Activity of 5MIU/mg.

Description
Recombinant Mouse b-NGF produced in E.Coli is a noncovalently disulfide-linked homodimer, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 2 identical chains of 120 amino acids each and having a molecular mass of 13,471 Dalton each.
The Recombinant Mouse-beta-NGF is purified by advanced biology purification technology.

The Recombinant Mouse b-NGF was lyophilized without additives.

Solubility
