Description
CALB1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 261 amino acids (1-261 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 30kDa.
The CALB1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The CALB1 protein solution contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 1mM DTT, 10% glycerol and 2mM EDTA.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
CALB1 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
