Description
CALR Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 421 amino acids (18-417 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 48.7 kDa. CALR protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by standard chromatography.

Formulation
CALR Human solution containing 20mM Trsi HCL pH-8, 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
