Recombinant Anti Human CD20 monoclonal Antibody produced in CHO is a glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 80 kDa.
CD-20 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Forrmulation
Lyophilized from a 0.2¦Ìm filtered concentrated (1mg/ml) solution in PBS, pH 7.4.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined byAnalysis by RP-HPLC.
Analysis by SDS-PAGE gel.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized rAHuCD-20 in sterile 18M¦¸-cm H2O not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Lyophilized CD-20 Receptor although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
Upon reconstitution CD-20 Receptor should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
