CD45 Human Recombinant (aa 1102-1150) expressed in E.coli, shows a 33 kDa band on SDS-PAGE (Including GST).
The CD45 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
CD45 at 100ug/1ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.
