Applications
Chlamydia W5-W6 protein is suitable for use in ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Formulation
10mM Tris-HCl, pH 6.0, 100mM Sodium Phosphate and 8M urea.

The E.coli derived recombinant 6xHis fusion at C-terminus protein contains Chlamydia TrachomatisMOMP protein epitopes, 252-398 amino acids.

Chlamydia W5-W6 protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Chlamydia W5-W6 protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining) and RP-HPLC.

Specificity
Immunoreactive with sera of Chlamydia Trachomatis infected individuals.
