Description
Chromogranin A Human Recombinant (260-454 amino acids) expressed in E.coli, shows a 47kDa band on SDS-PAGE.
The Chromogranin A is fused to a 26kDa GST-tag and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
Chromogranin A at 100ug/ml in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.

Sterile Filtered clear solution.
