Description
Chromosome 19 Open Reading Frame 10 Mouse Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 143 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 15.8kDa. The Mouse SF20 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
Mouse SF20 was lyophilized from a 0.2?m filtered concentrated (1.0mg/ml) solution in PBS, pH 7.4.

Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Purity
Greater than 97.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Solubility
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Mouse SF20 in sterile water not less than 100ug/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability
Lyophilized Mouse SF20 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. Upon reconstitution Mouse SF20 should be stored at 4¡ãC between 2-7 days and for future use below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
