Description
Tissue factor Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 219 amino acids of the extracellular domain (33-251) having a molecular mass of 29.39 kDa and fused with a 4.5kDa amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.
The Tissue factor is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
Tissue factor protein is supplied in 22mM Tris.HCl pH8.0, 1mM EDTA and 50% glycerol.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered clear solution.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
