Description
Cofilin1 Human Recombinant (1-166 a.a.) fused to N-terminal His-Tag produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing a total of 186 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 20 kDa.

Formulation
The protein solution contains 20mM Tris pH-8 and 10% glycerol.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
