Human CKM produced in Human Cardiac Tissues having a molecular mass of 82 kDa and PI 5.0-7.5. It¡¯s the skeletal muscle specific creatine kinase and is elevated in case of strenuous exercise and in degenerative muscle disease.

Formulation
The CKM protein solution is in 50mM Tris and 2mM DTT, pH 7.5 containing 50% Glycerol.
