Description
Cyclin-Dependent Kinase 8 Human Recombinant is expressed in E. coli as a full-length protein fused to a proprietary 16-Kd tag (a 6xHis tag is located at the very N-terminal end).
CDK8 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

CDK8 is supplied at 0.1mg/ml in a buffer containing 25 mM HEPES, pH 7.9, 125mM KCI, 0.5% TX-100 and 50% glycerol.

Purity
Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
