Description
PPIF Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 198 amino acids (30-207) and having a molecular mass of 21 kDa. The PPIF is fused to 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

PPIF solution containing 20mM Tris pH-7.5, 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.

Physical Appearance
Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
