Description
CDA Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 166 amino acids (1-146 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.3kDa. The CDA is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The CDA solution (0.5 mg/ml) contains 20 mM Tris-HCl Buffer (pH 8.0), 1 mM DTT,
2mM EDTA, 100 mM NaCl and 40% Glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
CDA should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
