Description
The E.Coli derived recombinant artificial mosaic protein contains the CMV gB immunodominant regions, 60-81aa of gB protein strain AD169 repeated three times.

Applications
CMV Mosaic antigen is suitable for ELISA and Western blots, excellent antigen for detection of CMV with minimal specificity problems.

Formulation
50mM Tris-Hcl pH 8.0, 60mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione 0.1% sarcosil and 50% glycerol.

CMV Mosaic protein was purified by proprietary chromatographic technique.

Purity
CMV Mosaic protein is >95% pure as determined by 10% PAGE (coomassie staining).
