Description

ANSA produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 358 amino acids (1-338 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 39.3kDa.
ANSA is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation

The ANSA solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 2mM DTT.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Stability

ANSA should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
