DCUN1D1 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 279 amino acids (1-259a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 32.2kDa.
DCUN1D1 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The DCUN1D1 protein solution (1mg/1ml) is formulated in 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0) 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.
