Description
DBI Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 107 amino acids (1-87a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.4 kDa. DBI protein is fused to a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus and is purified by standard chromatography.

Formulation
DBI Human solution containing 20mM Trsi HCL pH-8, 0.1M NaCl & 10% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.
