Description
Disulfide-Bond Isomerase Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 216 amino acids (21-236) and having a molecular mass of 23.5 kDa.
DsbC is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

1 mg/ml solution containing 20mM phosphate buffer pH 7.5 and 20mM EDTA.
