Description
DDIT3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 189 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 21 kDa. The DDIT3 protein is fused to a 20 amino acids His tag at N-terminus.
The DDIT3 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
The DDIT3 protein solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl pH-8 and 20% glycerol.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.

Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
DDIT3 although stable 4¡ãC for 4 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
