Applications

Description
Recombinant TOP1 70kDa protein is an enzyme fragment having a molecular mass of 69,199 Dalton (pH 9.4). TOP1 70kDa protein is fused to a hexa-histidine purification tag.

TOP1 70kDa is supplied in 16mM HEPES buffer pH-8.0, 400mM NaCl, and 20% glycerol.

Immunological function
Binds IgG-type human auto-antibodies.

Immunological tests
Standard ELISA test (checkerboard analysis of positive/negative sera panels, including CDC international reference sera).
