Description
E-Selectin Human Recombinant is expressed in E. coli containing amino acids 179-557 fused to an amino terminal hexahistidine tag, having a total molecular weight of 45.22 kDa.

Formulation
E-Selectin is supplied in 1x PBS and 50% Glycerol.

Sterile Filtered liquid formulation.

Purity
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Single band on Western Blot.

Escherichia Coli.

Stability
Store at 4¡ãC if entire vial will be used within 1-2 weeks.
Store, frozen at -20¡ãC for longer periods of time.
