Description
CD105 Human Recombinant extracellular domain produced in E.Coli is a single, glycosylated, Polypeptide containing 151 amino acids (26-176) and having a molecular mass of 43 kDa.
The CD-105 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
Endoglin in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH-7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.

Physical Appearance
Sterile Filtered colorless liquid formulation.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by(a) Analysis by RP-HPLC.
(b) Analysis by SDS-PAGE.

Stability
Endoglin although stable at 15¡ãC for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18¡ãC.
For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).
