Description
ERP44 Recombinant Human produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 415 amino acids (30-406 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 48 kDa. The ERP44 is fused to 38 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
1mg/ml solution containing 20mM Tris-HCL pH-7.5 & 10% glycerol.

Sterile filtered colorless solution.

Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
